The “Estate Maintenance” Program with our Home Care Team allows Schmid & Rhodes to keep up with any home maintenance and property-related issues for our clients while respecting their active home lives, family commitments and work schedules.

Our team provides peace of mind by handling a variety of post-completion responsibilities, ranging from service repairs to small remodels. Think of it as a concierge service – whatever the client needs, we are there to assist and provide help.
